How would you like to receive your mail?
With every package you choose one of these three options. You can switch later at any time.
Mail monthly
Once a month we forward all received mail to the address you specify, or we scan it and e-mail it to you.
Mail weekly
Forwarded or scanned every week. Invoices, letters from the tax authorities and bank mail reach you within a few days.
Own mailbox with key
A locked mailbox in the building, with your own key. You collect your mail whenever it suits you, during office hours.
Included in every package
Whether you choose Basic, Business or Business Plus, the basis is the same. The only difference is the number of companies you register at the address.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use this address as my registered address with the KvK?
Yes. The address is a real office building and is accepted by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce as a registered address. You receive a rental agreement from us that you can present when registering or changing your address.
How quickly is my address active?
Within one working day after we receive the signed agreement and a copy of your ID. If you order on a working day before 12:00, it is often arranged the same day.
What is the difference between Business and Business Plus?
Business is for a holding with one operating company, so two registrations. Business Plus is for a holding with two to five BVs. You choose the number of BVs when ordering and pay € 20 per additional BV.
Can I switch mail options later?
Yes, on a monthly basis. Send an e-mail and we will change it from the next billing period.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellable monthly, with a notice period of no more than one month. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee. Do make sure you change your address with the KvK before the agreement ends.
Are prices adjusted annually?
Prices are indexed annually in accordance with the general terms and conditions. You will be informed in advance.
I am setting up a Dutch company from abroad. Does this work for me?
Yes. For a KvK registration you need a physical address in the Netherlands, and this address qualifies. We regularly work with international clients and can handle the process in English. Get in touch if you have questions about the documents needed.
